Floating Bar Punt

We had a trip into Cambridge today as my husband had to collect his new spectacles. Then we did quite a lot of walking with plenty of stops for coffee, lunch and ice cream.
 
Today’s picture is of a Floating Bar Punt, seen on the River Cam; I wonder if they needed a license?
