The second good day in succession, we may be on a roll.

Back to Poitiers today, never a favourite journey but made fun today by going top-down in the Batmobile. Scenic route home again, beautiful on a day like today.

Bought floor sealer for the bathroom and perused baths, showers, taps etc. Spent much of the ride home weighing up options - mainly on the "do we just put in a new bath or do the job lot" question.

We have a new Raclette Grill being delivered tomorrow so Grand Frais yielded up cheese, charcuterie and salad etc. for Date Night Dinner. Mr L plans to repeat his triumph with the Panna Cotta, so cream was on the shopping list too.

We also popped into an Action. I decided last night that I should like to enlarge my Clapotis scarf and that a second ball would be needed. The branch that we went into didn't have the right colour. I want shade 1 but they only had shades 4 & 5. I bought one of each, and it was cheaper than I had recalled at just €3,29. I might knit this one as written and double up on one of the other colours later. Or I may choose to mix colours for a really colourful wrap. Not sure yet.
