A Good Day

Managed first pre work run with my mate Ben, why I was tip top, wee run through Limekilns and along the coast. Set me up nicely for the working day, which ticked by just fine whilst savouring my podcasts and a few catch up chats with friends. Nice to get paid for doing all this lol
Dads in better shape, still not himself, but, day by day.
Sneaked in another run with my mate Craig after work, and we both couldn’t resist a few 400m sprints round the “Charlestown track”, ran like kids:-)
Back home and nice wee family meal, then, as the wee man played with friends, I fell asleep on the new garden chairs, power nap I call it.
Sat with the lad for a bit, then started to watch Photograph show (forgot name) on BBC4, and realised I’d not taken a pic, so, only thing for it was to awake Bobby boy from his comfy snoring sleep, and nip out for a wee quick photo hunt, which worked out not too bad.
Let’s see what Friday brings, visit to my Mum after work, then sort gear for the weekends adventure:-)
