More neighbor’s flowers

This neighbor was having a problem with a bird that kept attacking his front door windows trying to get to a wreath he had inside the storm door. 
The bird was also leaving “deposits” on the concrete. He found out that birds don’t like these flowers so they stay away. It worked! No more bird!
