Don't want to blip, it's all too hard, but my stubbornness is winning out slightly over my emotions. Have left Alice for a few days. Didn't want to leave Bonnie but needed to get away. Staying with a good friend for a few days.

Thank you for all the kind words and thoughts. I want to say I'll be ok and I'm strong enough to get through this. But right now I'm just finding it hard to breathe.
