The Beast from the East

On the Today programme this morning, John Humphries claimed the cold snap was due to The Beast from the East. I tend to agree with him, having listened to it howling for most of the day.

The Beast also spread it's icy breath across the bird bath, leaving this strange bubbly pattern on the surface, making it very difficult for Day-z to lick.
