That's a wrap

Quite a few of these concept/test/development cars run about my neck of the woods. 

I'm not sure why though? JRL have a massive plant near me but they only make engines there so I don't know why they need the vehicles to be incognito?!?!

This particular one looked a bit worse for wear and taping over the lights is a bit dodgy considering it stands out like a sore thumb.
