Here we go!

A bit later than normal perhaps, but the Sun is out today and so are the damselflies! They take their chances breeding here, because the koi are voracious hunters, but this fellow looks to have crawled out fairly recently, and has been flashing across the pond annoying the clouds of mites skimming the water's surface.

He's a male (duh) large red demoiselle Pyrrhosoma nymphula
