Cool Dude

Another scorcher today. Seriously, enough already. Mum can't really handle the heat outside at the moment, so it was a day spent indoors in our air conditioning which we are blessed to have.

Been playing with photos and lightroom all day....although I have no idea what I'm doing. I just bought a macbook pro with retina screen last week, so along with my Canon 6D that I bought in January, I have spent an awfully obscene amount of money this year for my "hobby". Sigh. Mind you...I've become obsessed with photography as a way to distract me from the stuff going on in my life that is causing me a lot of anxiety. Mainly caring for my mum.

Anyway. My loving and understanding husband tells me that he supports whatever I need to do to get through all of this. And that I had better start entering photo contests with cash prizes, or start taking photos professionally.
