My slice of the Super Moon

and a view of the Full Moon in the extra before the eclipse started.
I woke up at 3:45 am to watch the Moon closer to Earth than usual and see the extraordinary red tones. I couldn't really photograph it properly. My husband came down to the terrace and we had a great time watching the celestial event for about half an hour. The colors were subtle and it seemed so far away!
