I sadly take note of the death of Eric Carle at 91. He was the author and illustrator of the Very Hungry Caterpillar--the ultra-classic children's book.  He founded the Eric Carle Museum a 15 minute  hop, skip and a jump across the Connecticut river from us, which we have often visited, and which we soon will again to offer our condolences.
