On the Bridge

After work walk. A rare bridge shot without throngs of tourists milling about attaching locks and writing graffiti on the bridge. Idk, do Americans go to European icons and write with magic marker that they were there on such and such a date and yada yada?? Or for that matter do ny'ers go to other cities in this country and defile one of their most treasured edifices? I, for one, wish that tourists would start respecting the Brooklyn Bridge.
