A tiny piece of Oz

I’ve not played along with a daily challenge in a while so thought it would be fun to try Tiny Tuesday today. Thanks to Freespiral for hosting TT313!

The theme is ‘mineral’ and it got me thinking about a lovely, tiny piece of Australian Opal in my jewellery box. It was a gift from Ozzie friends (their daughter is a jeweller) and it is a small Opal with a drilled hole and came with a simple black neoprene necklace.

I’ve always loved it - I think of it as a little piece of Oz when I touch it!
