‘Another Grey Day’
May and June are usually the sunniest months in Scotland, but today it rained again for most of the day, and it looks as if we are on course for one of the wettest Mays for some time.
But the rain stopped around 4 o’clock so I decided to go for another plod around the Edinburgh parkrun course on the Cramond foreshore.
It was still grey and windy though, with little sign of sun and today’s blip is of the view up the Firth of Forth, looking west. Its at the point where the River Almond reaches the sea.
