Nesting and feeding

The starlings are either rebuilding or tidying up nests ready for the second egg laying session.  This one was collecting pigeon feathers.  The woodpecker was carefully lining up food in the beak for feeding young.  I do hope they will bring the young to my feeders again as they did last year.

Can anyone identify the beetle in the extras.  I do hope it isn't a vine weevil...
