Good and Bad

Today I feel terrible. Haven't had a cold since July last year - but this is a 'goodun'. Had to take myself off the oncall tonight. I did manage to do a few visits before I had to go home, and on one visit I got this lovely card and gifts from one of my ladies. Makes you feel very special. But in the end I don't need gifts, being a midwife is a gift in itself.
