On to the next, I must be getting bored?

Went to Physio today but they are saying that they can't do anything else for me, I find that unbelievable after only three sessions. They are referring me back to my doctor with instructions for an ultra scan and a guided injection, that sounds painful, but hopefully that will relive the pain in my arm and shoulder.

So tomorrow I will see my GP and see how the land lies.

Hopefully I can get out and take a few shots.
