Long and thin

At low tide this long strip of rocks are exposed on the beach.  I was out meeting up with a friend this morning before the forecast rain.  We had a good catch up as we sat listening to the waves from a small shelter.  We then strolled along the beach before heading back to our respective homes.  The clouds were by now darkening but we avoided getting wet. 

It started raining a little while later as I headed off to another fitness class early afternoon, I am trying out a lot of different ones to find those I like most.  Fortunately this one wasn't too demanding as I am also doing a step one this evening.  I enjoyed watching the great photography challenge last night on BBC4.
