Lunchtime coffee with Anne

Many blippers have remarked on the absence of their blippin' mojos today. Well, my mojo was certainly nowhere to be found. I blame the weather. It isn't entirely the weather's fault, there are plenty of other identifiable factors at play in my case at least, but the weather is a good scapegoat, so I'll blame the weather.

If the sole purpose of this journal was to express my frame of mind, I would just post another shot of yesterday's T-shirt and be done with it. But the theme of today's blip is not how I feel, but something I did today...

I managed to get out of the office for half an hour and grab a coffee with Anne. Well, I grabbed a coffee: the thing in the mug you see above is a chai latte, which is apparently some kind of tea-based concoction. Fair enough. Anne seemed to enjoy it. I like the way the perspective exaggerates the size of the mug. It was big, but not that big :-)

I haven't blipped Anne before, though I have blipped her little boy, Sam. Anne is a very close friend, has been for years, and it's always lovely to see her :-)

Not long to the weekend! Hooray for that! Wishing everyone a good Thursday evening :-)
