Nardinis

Woke up this morning to sunshine and no snow. Decided not to waste it so went to Largs. Hadn't been there for some time.

Watched the ferry leave to go to Millport and walked along the front and around the town. Took this photo of Nardinis which is a well known name for home made ice cream. Haven't been in it since it was done up but the cafe used to be a copy of the famous Raffles in Singapore.

Although dry and sunny there was an icy wind, went for a plate of soup to warm up. Afterwards went a walk out to the 'Pencil' a monument around the coast ( nearly blipped it but chose Nardinis instead). Saw lots of Eider Ducks - love the sound they make - also saw a couple of Ringed Plovers.
