Right, I need to reorganise my days. It’s no good going swimming first thing, it exhausts me and leaves me useless for some Big Jobs I have planned. Tomorrow I shall do jobs then go swimming.

I did have a nice afternoon reading my book though.

Then I set off to meet the lovely ex-boss for dinner. Which he forgot. I drank my fizzy water and came home for poached eggs. Apparently he’s paying next time!
