Touch Down!
You can just imagine what a heavy shower the people over the hill were having under this cloud!
Just a quick blip following a trip into Cheltenham this morning to have a nuclear bone scan! Sounds worse than it is and hopefully just a precaution. They gave me a radioactive isotope injection at 11:30am and then told me to come back at 1:15pm for the actual scan which took half an hour, with the camera moving really slowly down one's body. It was all so efficient and we were all done by 1:45pm or so.
We didn't have enough time to come home between the injection and the scan so wandered into Cheltenham where I was able to do some banking stuff and get some sandwiches from M&S to eat back in the car. We took Ivy into town for the first time and she behaved really well. She tried to chase the first couple of pigeons she saw but after that she realised it wasn't worth it. There were lots of new sounds and sights for her which was great experience and she did so well!
