A rather damp peony rose

It was dry this morning but this afternoon it has just been miserable ......again!  

I went to the Post Office to post a small parcel which I knew would have to be weighed. As I prepared to leave Liz asked me if there was anything else I needed. Answering in the negative I headed home where I spotted my Vehicle Tac Reminder lying beside the phone ..... guess I’ll have to go back tomorrow. Having had zero road tax for many years I grudgingly have to pay now and I’m still driving the same make and model of car.
