Back Blip
Travelled home via the famous church near St Asaph.
This is the Marble Church and when we were children, it was gleaming white. It's discoloured over the past century, due to pollution but it's still a wonderful piece of architecture. Unbelievably, this was the first time that I've actually stopped to take photos of it and the weather was very kind to us.
We dropped off the dog and went over to the Peaks in search of the old millstones. The walk along Padley Gorge was beautiful and the millstones had not yet been hidden by bracken. Fabulous sunset on the way home.
