Done and Dusted

The hospital that I used to work in invited me to do the bike leg of the Olympic distance tri , 40 kms .We had the weekend down in Kingscliff  , it was a perfect day , a very well supported event , I was happy with my ride time , 1 hour 17 mins . I was with a father / son team , neither who had ran or swum much before deciding to do it . Both were great on the day.
