Mother's Day?

Gone are the days where my treat would be to cook a lovely mothers day meal. Anita is so keen on cooking now not to mention good at it that her treat is peace in the kitchen to cook.

Works out well for me. To keep with the theme I thought it only fitting hat I se one of Anita's photos for my blip.

Salmon en croute with new potato, beetroot and dill salad followed by cranachan. Perfect.
