Another one bites the dust

Were I a more sensitive man, I might start wondering whether it was something about me... Our neighbours of 16 years have sold up and are moving across town (they've been in the house for 35 years). Thankfully it sold quickly and it seems our new neighbours will be coming with an 8-year-old boy in tow. Which is great for Ottawacker Jr. Hopefully.

How long will these last? It's not easy living next door to a Scouser you know.
