Welcome home.....!

I think this single open daffodil in the bunch that welcomed me when I got home this morning, was trying to tell me that spring SHOULD be on its way even though it was snowing quite steadily outside. And it gave me its own little welcome home smile.

It was tough coming from temperatures in the high twenties and all day long sunshine to the cold of today but I have had a wonderful holiday and shall keep the sun shining through photos and memories.

'Back to school' tomorrow but I shall look forward to seeing my young friends again and routine is good (- isn't it?)
