Shortest rugby season

D played a blinder on the Durham RFC first-team pitch with the U16 today (pictured), and J was away at Ryton with Consett U13. Max had played for Consett Colts on Friday evening, so it's been just like everything is back to normal. Unfortunately it's now almost the end of the shortest season on record, but it's been good for all involved. 
Of course it's not, but Mrs E and I have both had our second jabs, and are stoically optimistic.
