Pathetic

This is a pathetic picture after all these years. 
But I have not had my computer for three weeks since the Win10 went berserk. 
There was nothing else to do but buy a new one.
The new one came, but in the process of removing documents, all of the recent ones, this year's and some previous years' were lost.
No back-up copies...
Dozens of books with text and photographs ready to be finished and sent to the printers...
Years of work. Oh woe.

I doubt if anything can be saved if it has been the mistake of the installer. But I am going to at least call some firms.
