Never to old??

Well today was a colleague of mines 40th birthday - she didn't want a fuss so I made sure there was plenty!!

Your never to old for a caterpillar cake I told her and she had to agree! It went down a treat with everyone!

Been very busy today! Gym at 7am for HIIT, work for 8:15, doctors at 5:30 to try and sort my chest out! Finally been given antibiotics after 5 weeks of feeling crap! Been back to the gym for spinning and step!

And now it's time for some drugs and bed!
