Not as enjoyable as hoped (no dogs permitted at Aberlady Bay, Mrs AB fell over on some rocks, the footpath on the map over Muirfield GC is definitely not for the proles), otherwise a good leg stretch.
This is a bit of the John Muir Way near Yellowcraigs.
