Woke up early, had a bit of breakfast and did the Observer crossword before heading out at 7. First time I've been out on the bike at that time for ages - it was absolutely baltic! Never again! Well, maybe...

And, with no particular time I had to be back for and nothing pressing to do on my return home, I went and had a cafe stop in North Berwick to make the most of the morning. Right nice it was too.
