Return journey

Had a potter round Kelso which looked much better in the dry today, and a few people out for the market. Slipped in to a bike shop and came out with a new bike. It’s been on the shopping list for quite some time! So took that one away and left the old one for collection another day.
Cycled back through the castle grounds and on to Tweedbank, with a coffee stop in Melrose. And then hopped in the train back to our stop and home. What a lovely easy trip away!
Back home to find the Aga had gone out - who forgot to order oil?? Takeaway pizza for tea.
