Forget me nots

As we come out of lockdown, a symbolic reminder of all that was lost.
Today's CPD event was so needed and helpful: a reflexive space was created to look back on the year, the pain and the scars, and the ways in which nature supported us through it. In the afternoon, we considered how nature can assist us in re-integrating back into our work and social spaces. Very timely and healing. Although it was on zoom, it felt to me like somehow we had created a safe space around a campfire to share our stories and process our experiences.

In the evening, my eldest daughter & boyfriend came round to ours (hooray!). Hubby had gone out and bought a lovely spread for us all to tuck into whilst watching Eurovision! Italy won :-)
