Any ideas what this is???

I've been continuing my ongoing battle with couch grass this morning in my teeny front garden. I suspect I will NEVER win 'the war' but it keeos me busy!

I put this plant in last year when it gave me a few delicious flowers ... lovely colour. It is doing so much better this year. Thing is ... I have lost the label. Any ideas what it is? I KNOW someone in this beautiful blip community will know immediately.
