Bromer Dam

Well this is a first for me, although I had visited Bromer Dam once before.  It's a dam located just south of Norseman and Mauzee and I decided to pull in there for lunch.  The dam was built in 1925 and it's really interesting to see how it was constructed.  It's now a popular camp site for people on their way across Australia.  The reason it's a first is because it's the first time I've posted an image taken from my new Mavic 2 Pro Drone.  I have been inspired by Gemaxphotos and NewcastleDownunder in recent times and I thought that our trip across Australia would be a wonderful opportunity to start what has been a steep learning curve.  
It's quite a humble image really, but I'm happy to say I now have a much better understanding of how to drive this amazing piece of machinery.

We camped in an overnight camp site tonight, just 27km east of Balladonia.  It's so SO quiet and yet there are probably 20 rigs dotted in amongst the trees.  Can't believe we'll be in bed by 6.30pm!!  A big day tomorrow as we will leave WA and be in SA once again.
This is another back blip from yesterday.  (Saturday22nd) as we had absolutely no internet connection last night.
