Ceffyl cacen! (Pony cake)

My little chef jess made another delicious contraption, a vanilla sponge with butter icing and as you can see there is a chubby little horse made of icing which she moulded herself! This cake was for her friend Lily's birthday (happy birthday lil) and was very happy to find her favourite animal sitting on the top!
