A black day for too much collegues today....
Reorganisation.
I might be lucky getting some kind of settlement due to my age but I know that for sure by the end of the month; so I have to wait and see.

Certain is that the amount of operators per shift is getting less and less.

So not a happy picture.
Better in LARGE....
