Don't forget behind your ears!

Well I'm not sure what has happened here. I spotted this rather wet bee on a stone in the middle of my pond. I wasn't sure if he had just fallen in the pond and got wet or was havign a wash! I watched for ages as he rubbed his legs over his face and antennae and then in the strangest of 'dances' rubbed his back legs over parts of his abdomen. I began to get worried as the business went on and then saw he was drying himself off and a few mintues later off he flew to my relief!
