A Man that Can

Yesterday we had a touch of wind.  I emailed our man that can and asked to be upgraded from sometime soon (already booked as we had lost the bottom corner a few weeks ago) to ‘urgent’.  Ken upgraded it to ‘very urgent’ and was here at nine o’clock this morning.  Considering that he has been working seven days a week since early last year we were very pleased.
 
Less of a job than last time, and provided that I was happy with a patchwork quilt he just had enough roof felt to do the job there and then without having to get a new roll, which could/would have delayed the job anyway.  Cheaper too.  Say no more.
