The Holy Grail of Indian cooking (or have I got onions confused with ginger?)

I did need ginger, so braved the 'feels like' temperatures to dash to the local shop. 'Feels like' seems to be a new way of describing the temperature on the BBC weather these days - I quite like it.

Working at home so a bit of extra time to spend on dinner, quite theraputic.

p.s. thanks for all the comments and stars on yesterday's entry, it was very unexpected.
