5pm and the sun is still fairly high in the sky. Lovely sunny day but bitterly cold.
What a busy day at work. Nipped up to see Nana, no date for discharge yet, it's a shame hates being in there. Had OT kitchen assessment has refused support from other services when she goes home. Hopefully I've managed to persuade her to accept it!
She needs to get home, but has to be safe.
