Lampshade

Another cold, grey, wet day.  We abandoned our original plans to meet up with family members at a National Trust site (they were closed, anyway, because of the forecast for strong winds).

We used the time, instead, to progress the kitchen planning.  The layout, cabinet styles and colours and worktop are now all decided and it is time to sign the contract.  Today we went out to look at light fittings (the blip is a potential lampshade for pendant lights over the breakfast bar) and flooring. I hope we can make up our minds about these faster than we did for the rest of the kitchen - but I'm not convinced.

I wasn't inspired to take any other photographs today.
