Double Rhubarb

We're in the midst of the rhubarb harvest spell on the allotment.  Today it was rhubarb, oat and cinnamon loaf with a liberal serving of rhubarb, vanilla and cardamom jam.  Any good rhubarb recipes out there, let me know!

It's been a miserable couple of days weather wise - heavy rain and blowy today.  But tomorrow there will be sun!
