Year 2 Day 58 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 164 days ago. England & Wales open with slight restrictions.

A miserable rainy day, I travelled to Cardiff to visit my dad for a couple of hours. On the way home I stopped in Cardiff Bay, which was exceptionally quiet. The photograph of Wales Millennium Centre with Pier Head Building  shows a lack of traffic and people.
