Hounded by the gas supplier to replace my old meter with a smart meter. A threatening letter, they have not been able to gain access to my property to read the meter. It is outside and easily accessible from the road as it has been for over 30 years. Eventually a human admitted that they have retrained the meter readers as installers of Smart Meters. Not what the letter said. A whole morning wasted trying to communicate with an actual person. .
