Carved kingfisher

A group of residents went for a longer walk outside the village today, which included part of the grounds of the Nymans estate (owned by the National Trust).  We came upon this carved tree trunk, which included the kingfisher at it top.  Very well done, with several fish carved into the trunk lower down as well.  It made a nice change to be able to go a bit farther afield and to walk with other people again.
