Track Town USA

Hayward Field, Eugene. It is very hard to capture such a massive facility in one shot. It’s world class now. I watched meets here in 1962 and 1963, my parents dropping off a 9 and 10 year old kid to watch collegiate track while they went shopping. Its wooden bleachers and grandstands a great memory. Google “Mel Renfro, U of O Track.” So, for Sky Week, a sacred Oregon site below a spring Oregon sky. Track Town USA. Go Ducks!
