Mourning Dove

Today was a sun warm day it was also the start of my long weekend. I hope the warm weather stays all weekend. I got out for my evening walk and spotted a heron on the other side of the lake but was not close enough to get a great shot. This little mourning dove was much closer looking for food on the ground so I did get a nice close up.
